How to do event correlation within Dynatrace and what are the tools can be integrated for Event correlation?

Dynatrace automatically performs event correlation by automatically ingesting metrics, logs, traces, events, and topology information from your environment. When incidents (CPU spike, error rate, failed deployments) occur, Davis correlates the events in the context of this topology to detect the root cause and reduce noise (avoid multiple alerts for one underlying issue). If you have the SaaS version, you can also leverage Grail for advanced querying and custom correlations.
Additionally, you can integrate Dynatrace with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or PagerDuty, where you can apply your own event correlation rules for events coming from Dynatrace.

Any use case or example someone want to shed some light on?

Here you have some examples https://github.com/Dynatrace/atlassian-connect-jira (I know they are old, but you can see the big picture here of how the integration with Jira worked). I recommend using JQL to correlate events from Dynatrace in Jira.
