The process of defining the Four golden signals, with new service requires custom DQL queries and a criteria. Any recommendations for Saturation and Traffic?. The criteria  comes through percentage, which is making the formula a bit complex.

I'd recommend using the Site Reliability Guardian for this, easier to keep track of your SLOs and there's also a template for some queries, included the Four Golden Signals.
