Terraform provider Platform tokens/OAuth client resource

We'd like to manage via the dynatrace terraform provider:

• Platform tokens
• OAuth clients

could this be added? thanks a lot!

 Currently, the Dynatrace Terraform provider doesn't have dedicated resources for Platform tokens or OAuth clients.

But go through the docs describe using them for provider authentication, not necessarily provisioning them via Terraform resources
