Amazon SageMaker Metrics Connected via ActiveGate Showing no Data

We recently added and enabled Amazon SageMaker cloud metrics on one of our ActiveGates.

Dynatrace successfully created all of the metrics we enabled, as they are visible in the Metrics app.

However, none of them are showing any data points, even after we confirmed there is data visible in the Amazon SageMaker console and in CloudWatch.

This is the first Amazon service that doesn't show us any data when turning on the metrics. All other services are working as expected.

Any ideas as to why these SagerMaker metrics are not showing any data?
