Is Cloudera supported?

Hi,

Does someone know if Cloudera is supported by Dynatrace? As far as I know, Cloudera is based on Hadoop. Hadoop extension is available. So, was it possible monitoring Cloudera with Hadoop extension?

Is Cloudera support in roadmap?

As per Dynatrace:

• Hadoop is available and supported OOB.
• https://www.dynatrace.com/hub/detail/hadoop-1/?query=hadoop&filter=all
• There is no dedicated extension for Cloudera OOB.

Alternative solutions:

• You can follow the same method of Hadoop extension and give a try till official announcements.
• Reach out to Dynatrace product expert in case urgent confirmation or update is required.
• Custom extension might be an option.
