Let me start this month's challenge with my favorite physical activity throughout the year, unless it's too freezing cold. I love driving my bike around Tricity here in Poland, where you're uniquely mixing mountains-like challenging roads with chill, seaside picturesque bike routes. And when you're bored with both of these excitements, you can just chill in remote silent spots that in the summer sharp-up all the beautiful colors of Polish Summer 😎

Hi,
The only possible answer is soccer ⚽ , if you are from Spain 🤣 🇪🇸 ... Just kidding.
I would say long walks + Gym.
Best regards

I have been particularly active in the past, but not so much recently. So this is a good motivation to move!
I don't like gyms, so my favorite physical activity is tending my garden 🏡. It does take a lot of work, and sometime it gets me sweating fast!
Walking is also a favorite of mine, and also dancing 🕺. Unfortunately, don't do them a lot, but I'm trying to improve!
Finally, as I'm not one of the youngest in the Community, would like to alert all to the high blood pressure problem in our Society. Some years ago, I went to an MD and he and I couldn't believe the measures I was getting! So, do yourself a favor, beware of the silent killer, and once in a while, verify your blood pressure...

i think i move for this According to : The International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) constant efforts to reconcile Olympic traditions with the recognition of contemporary forms of sport led it to take an even bolder decision this summer: the creation of the Olympic Esports Games. So now some Esport are now a subdivision of Sports.
If I spend 1-2 hours daily playing video games with my son, especially in a consistent and competitive manner, this activity could be seen as a form of physical effort, hopefully
if not, just walk 10+ 10+ min, is my biggest activity daily. i can walk hours many hours when i am near to the beach or when i am far away from my home or in a safe place.
walk is one of the most relaxing things

What a great Community Challenge... but such an easy answer for me.... what keeps me busy is a 20lb nuclear powered child!
Sophie loves to do everything we do, as she would say "By myself", or she starts singing "Alllll byy myy Seeellllffff" from Celine Dion. 😂 My exercise starts promptly at 8am and ends at 9pm daily! 🤣

My #1 is running I am very lucky to have many supportive people around me, so we often run together - either on training or at various running events 🙂
From spring till autumn, I also ride my bike. Winter is reserved for skiing 🎿

Playing cricket is my go-to sport, and it’s the perfect way to recharge after a long, demanding week. There’s nothing quite like the rush of stepping onto the field, bat in hand, and feeling the adrenaline surge as I engage in the game. It’s not just a hobby for me—it's an essential part of my routine that revitalizes me and clears my mind. After the intensity of a week's work, cricket brings energy, excitement, and a sense of freedom that makes me feel truly alive. It’s a must-do activity that I never skip!

My recipe: 3 times / week in the GYM at early morning before the working hours.
At the beginning 10 mins cardio running (waving in differnet speed) on a treadmill. Then one our with the dumbbells.💪💪💪 Finally 15 mins light 90C sauna.😉
FUN part:
My role model is a Ukrainen "trainer" Vladimir Shmondenko, aka Anatoly Powerlifter with his 32KG mop. He has a deadlift personal record of 290 kg (639 lbs) and a squat personal record of 210 kg (462 lbs). Anatoly currently weighs around 75 to 80 kg similar to me.
My favourite sentences from Anatoly:
Why are you using fake weights?
Your techniquie is wrong.
Enjoy it.

I bought a office treadmill recently so I can walk while working/in meetings.
Helps a lot with getting some movement in with Homeoffice and mostly indoor hobbies 😉

In the past, I was actively involved in wrestling and weightlifting. Now 😢 I walk and do bodyweight exercises at home, especially on weekends.

I often just go for a walk with my wife to reach my daily step goal (currently 1y of 10k steps/day with no miss) so catching quite some fresh air on daily base. Besides that I also enjoy hiking, archery, running and Taekwondo to get some more intense exercise.

Definitely have to have something to move outside! Recently mine have been tennis and disc golf. Really have gotten into disc golf since doesn't take a lot of time and relatively cheap to get into. Any other disc golfers?
