Our Community Member of the Month for August is @Malaik – let's give a huge applause for him! He was incredibly active during last month and we just couldn’t not reward his work in the Community. He asked many questions, that not only helped him but also many other users, that are facing similar problems. Sharing knowledge between professionals – this is all, what this forum is all about! Let’s hear more from him:
Can you tell a little bit about your professional life? Where do you work and what do you do in your job?
I'm a performance engineer, I work for 2P (Perfect Presentation) in Saudia Arabia and I work for ANB customer (Arab National Bank) and am responsible for the Dynatrace platform for this customer.
I worked several years in France (more than 10 years), and travel to Saudia Arabia after this new challenge and opportunity.
What is your story with Dynatrace? Why did you start using our products and for what project?
At the beginning and at the base, I come from the world of load testing (besides, I’m Neoload Expert certified) and the world of APM is, as you know, continuity of load tests or in other words, a complementarity hence the fact of devoting a lot of time to Dynatrace lately.
I mainly use Dynatrace SaaS and Managed, and the Synthetic part (Classic and Enterprise) knowing that I have also practiced a little AppMon and DCRUM.
Have you ever had any interesting use case for Dynatrace product that you found out to be particularly intriguing? Could you tell us about it?
To be honest, every integration is a new challenge and different from the other, each mission is a new challenge and discovering Dynatrace deeply.
What brought you to our community? What is your best memory about it?
Basically, I was already present in the community with another account, but this last one was deactivated after leaving my old company, I had to start from scratch :-).
And how about your life outside the IT – what is your biggest passion?
I’ll be very honest 😀 - my biggest passion is business, buying entities (or actions), and sell with benefit. I also like swimming, a big fan of nature and the sea, as I pass all my childhood in front of the Mediterranean.
