Can't see docker in saas environtment when Install dynatrace oneagent as docker container

Hi,

I have tested installing a local docker on my linux virtuabox (CentOS 7) and installing dynatrace oneagent as docker container like in this documentation https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-support/cloud-platforms/other-platforms/docker/ins... , but I can't see any dashboard on Docker menu.

I got this error form oneagent docker container :

Can anyone tell me why this happen ? I'm not familiar with docker

I would recommend opening up a support ticket to have this addressed a bit more in depth.

Hi Muhammad,

judging by the error message you're encountering: "09:07:43 Error: Dynatrace OneAgent is running, please stop it before starting the container.", I'd expect the problem to be caused by OneAgent already being installed on the host in question.

Please uninstall the agent and then retry deploying it as a Docker container.

Thank you for you answer, I tried to uninstall the OneAgent, and retry deploying OneAgent as a docker container, but still can't see information about docker host on my saas environment.

This is logs from container

09:57:19 Started agent deployment as a container, PID 29168.

09:57:19 Downloading agent to /tmp/Dynatrace-OneAgent-Linux.sh via https://kdp79277.live.dynatrace.com/api/v1/deployment/installer/agent/unix/default/latest?arch=<arch>

Does it any missconfiguration ?
