The following versions of the Dynakube API CustomResourceDefinition are selected to be deprecated and will be eliminated in the specific versions of the Dynatrace Operator:
- v1beta4 or v1beta5 are set as the recommended CRD versions as they do not expire anytime soon.
- The following DynaKube API versions are marked for deprecation:
- v1beta1 → will be deprecated in Operator version 1.7
- v1beta2 → will be deprecated in Operator version 1.7
- v1beta3 → will be deprecated in Operator version 1.8
Recommended Migration Guide
- If you are still using v1beta1 or v1beta2, you should migrate to v1beta4 or v1beta5 as soon as possible, as they are no longer supported starting with version 1.7.
- If you are using v1beta3, plan your transition to v1beta4 or v1beta5 at least before upgrading to Operator 1.7, as it will be deprecated.
