Kubernetes workload metrics with management zone

Failing to get builtin:kubernetes.workload.requests_cpu metric for pods in a namespace when using management zone.

The rule in management zone is Kubernetes workloads on Kubernetes namespace where Kubernetes namespace name equals '<NAME_OF_NAMESPACE>'

try to add this rule in your MZ and do the test.

fyi - there's also a fix rolled out with DT 256, which should make MZs work for these metrics without the dimensional rule.
