In Dynatrace, can you get JVM values like Heap, tenured, old space, metaspace, etc from OpenShift?

Do you mean for java based workloads running on OpenShift?

If so, yes! If you install OneAgents, on OpenShift best done via the operator, you will get those metrics (and a lot more) for all deployed workloads out of the box.
