Pivotal Cloud Foundry Monitoring

Hello All, 

Thanks in Advance.

I am quite new to Dynatrace. We have applications hosted on Pivotal Cloud Foundry.  How can i integrate the cloud foundry with Dynatrace. If i integrate the cloud foundry with Dynatrace whether all the applications will be monitored.
