Support for RKE2, other than ApplicationMonitoring

Hello,

Can you please let me know if monitoring modes other than ApplicationMonitoring are (or are going to be) supported for RKE2 ?

This is irrespective of OS. The Dynatrace documentation cites that only ApplicationMonitoring is supported on SELinux and RHLinux. But the customer is asking about other operating systems other than the above two.

Is there a plan or information on what is blocking the support for hostMonitoring, cloudNativeFullstack and/or classicFullStack for RKE2.

@deepakandrade1 We are running cloudNativeFullStack on RKE2 already for ~ 2 years without any issues except the selinux, and it applies only for the OneAgent pods.  This customer uses Red Hat linux as the OS for the rke2 nodes.

Thank you very much for the information. The documentation is specific about SE Linux and and does not refer to any other flavors and it only mentions that ApplicationMonitoring is supported, which is why the customer raised the query.

@deepakandrade1 just for the record - selinux is not a Linux distribution (Linux flavor), but a security measurement in Linux kernel. 

As for now, I'd bet it will work flawlessly unless customer enforces selinux on the nodes.
