Timeseries Resolution retentions - can it be changed?

Hi,


We want to have longer periods of granularity for webrequests.

In appmon it was possible to configure the granularity- retention periods.

Does anyone know if we can change it in dynatrace?
(couldn't find any evidence of that

To my understanding, even Key Web Requests are subject to this exact granularity retention...

@Daniel B. You can adjust the Data retention if you are a Managed Customer. Here is a chart of the changes that can be made for data retention:

For Timeseries, I am not aware of any ability to adjust this for both Managed and SaaS customers. You can toss in a RFE requesting for access to adjust this setting. I imagine it would be available for Managed Customers before SaaS since Managed Customers own the tech that it is running on.

Timeseries granularity periods are built-in and cannot be changed (applies for all Dynatrace deployment models).
