Question about problem states in dt.davis.problems

Hello,

Does anybody know (or has a table) what all the states and transitions are?

What is the difference between active/update and active refresh?

Being in the subject what is the benefit of the dt.davis.problem.snapshot

And is there an overall (functional) description of all the tables?

For states and values, see semantic dictionary.

Afaik dt.davis.problems represent the actual (latest) state of problems, while dt.davis.problems.snapshots contain the history, including changes.

Now I under stand that a workflow has only two triggers active and closed
