how to get a metric that show the duration of a transaction

i have a log, by example , i want to create a maketimeseries that show the fluctuation of Duration fields on time , please could you help me 

Transaction	Start	End	Duration
1aa	2025-12-04 13:00:56.023	2025-12-04 13:00:56.039	16 ms
2aa	2025-12-04 13:00:57.023	2025-12-04 13:00:57.034	11 ms

You can simply use OpenPipeline to process your log and add a new field Duration.

The new field should looks like :
