Ability to change the title of a panel without data

Can we get an option to change the title of a dashboard panel without the expectation that data will appear? I'm currently migrating some panels from one dashboard to another and because no data exists for my specific timerange, I'm unable to change the title.

Going forward, could we get a way to change the title of a panel without having to "edit" the panel and wait for the query to respond? Especially if it's a long-running query, we are then forced to wait for a response just to change the title.

I Imagine you could edit the Json of the Dashboard and the time of the desired tile

This got fixed in one of the recent updates 🙂
