Ability to select data granularity in dashboards

We would like to specify the granularity/resolution of the data points in a dashboard.

That is create a line chart over the last 90 days with daily data points or a daily report with hourly data points.

This is very useful to compare days or weeks of data in line charts.

I think this should be standard in a visualization tool.  The lack of it is for me a blocker to even consider Dynatrace as the go-to for dashboards.

In the Data explorer (i.e., for Data explorer tiles) you can do this using the "resolution" drop down, provided for time-based visualizations such as graph charts or heatmaps, since 1.234.
