Background color option in problem widgets

Hi all,
I am doing a script that uses the API to update a existing dashboard but i am having a problem:

• I want to have a background color option(image below) in problem widgets on when i do it, but every time i use the script to do a update, the background color option turns off on  all problem widgets.

Is there a way to pass the background color=On on the payload?
