Basically you should follow these steps:

Download Dashboard in UAT:

• Navigate to the new Dashboards section in your UAT environment.
• Select the dashboard you want to download.
• Click on the Download button to save the dashboard configuration file to your local system.

Upload Dashboard in PROD:

• Switch to your PROD environment in Dynatrace.
• Go to the new Dashboards section.
• Click on the Upload button.
• Select the previously downloaded dashboard configuration file from your local system.
• Confirm the upload to complete the process.

If you go to your dashboard and download the JSON file.  You can then import the JSON file into you Prod environment.
