Configuration of custom alert on error count

Hi,

I want to avoid receiving alerts for a specific string message unless the error count for it exceeds 90%. I’ve marked it as an ignored exception and created a metric that successfully tracks the count of errors for that message. My question is: how can I set up a custom alert to notify me only when the error count for that specific message exceeds 90%?
