Custom Metric Ingestion to Grail metric bucket

We are ingesting custom metric data into Dynatrace using the Metrics API v2. We can successfully view the metric data in the Classic Data Explorer; however, the same metric data is not visible in Gen3 Dashboards or Notebooks. The metric itself is discoverable, but no data points are displayed.

Could you please confirm whether any additional Grail-related permissions, metric settings, or configuration changes are required to make the metric data available in Notebooks and the new Dashboards? Any guidance or validation would be greatly appreciated.
