How to display total problems with duration >30 min on a dashboard (Old Dynatrace version)?

Hello community,

I’d like to create a dashboard widget in the old Dynatrace version that shows the total number of problems where the duration is more than 30 minutes.

Is there a built-in metric for this, or can it only be achieved through a custom query or calculated metric? Any guidance or examples would be much appreciated.

With Dashboard Classic, I'd recommend creating an alerting profile including problems with a 30-minute delay. Then use this alerting profile in the Problems and pin it to a dashboard.
