Key request tile - no data if throughput is too low

Hello,

I have question to you. How key request tile is calculating response time? I have for example key request that is execute every minute. When I pick 24h timeframe I see on this tile no data (request was configured months ago so this is not because of marking it as key request right now). I have some others key requests with bigger throughput and values are visible.

We are using custom charts with single value option rather than the one that are built in. It's solved our issues here.

We use a custom chart and filter them down by key user action. I would also shoot Dynatrace an support ticket as this tile should work
