Hi Folks,
Is it possible to vizualize somehow this in classic dashboard in managed?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Mizső

Every time that I saw this topic pop up the response was that it would eventually be possible with the Analitycs of traces on Grail and before traces on Grail announcement, I recall just "in the roadmap", but never heard of any plan of any kind of support for a managed environment.
Eventually, the only way that I found was by having a custom header in the response that showed who responded to the transaction and creating a calc metric based on that. Depending on the tech this is something easy to do, ex: In kong: https://support.konghq.com/support/s/article/How-to-add-a-Kong-Hostname-Header-for-identifying-the-r...

Hello @Mizső
I want to plot a dashboard for a service (request count/number of requests) split by process instances. Is this possible?

Hello @Babar_Qayyum ,
I suggest creating calculated service metrics and including {Service:Instance} as a dimension. This approach should yield the same results. You can then utilize this metric on the dashboard.
Please note that if you attempt to create the metric directly from MDA, you may receive a message indicating that it’s not possible. However, you can still add it as a dimension when creating the metric on the metric page itself.

Hello @Mohamed_Hamdy
I tried the {Service:Instance} as a custom dimension value pattern & dimension name. Still, it gave me an instance ID instead of the actual process group/dimension names.

Hello @Babar_Qayyum , Yes, I believe this is the only option available at the moment, particularly in the classic version. I've implemented it and updated the name on the dashboard accordingly.
