Why dasboard's tiles are showing "Check your permission"

i have created dasboard and using since long but suddenly it started showing "Check your permission"

I cloned it and now all tiles are visible but that strange.... however, it got fixed it now... through the clone.

interesting, I've seen that happen in terms of Management Zone permissions etc.... but not just out of the blue

@ChadTurner yes..it was surpring for me...how sudden this... anyways it got fixed through cloning approach...
