Am getting the following error, can someone help me on this?

Enter the name for your app quickstart-app
Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Users\Dhanush\quickstart-app\.dt-app\logs'

Can you tell us when exactly you are encountering this error (ideally screenshots)? What steps have you taken before?

To me it seems like you do not have permission to create a folder at the location but I would love to have more context. 

Do you already have AppEngine developer and AppEngine user permission? And I believe you only need to navigate to the app directory, not the logs.
