API of /entities/{entityId} does not return all prorepties for my CUSTOM_DEVICE

Hello 

I issue - API of /entities/{entityId} does not return all prorepties for my CUSTOM_DEVICE

1. I created my  CUSTOM_DEVICE

 i used the required prorepties 

• ID -CI000000
• system -SystemA
• test - test

2. prorepties appeared in UI

3.  I used api /entities/{entityId} to get information about my  CUSTOM_DEVICE

4. the result did not show my property

5. I used the flag "field" according to the doc

the result gave an error (although the UI shows that I have a property "test")

 

conclusion that api does not work quite correctly

Could please tell me on this issue?

Do I need create RFE?

There is already an RFE for that. I ran into the very same issues.
