I have few questions about host group. Any quick response be appreciated.
Will host group be treated as a separate entity.
Is there any naming convention to define the name of the host group. I noticed it was not considering underscore in the name. Also length of host group name (how many characters)
Are we going to see any details about host group in the problem API when a host from the host group goes down.
Is there any limit for number of host groups in an environment.
Any chance of altering host group configuration through UI in future.
The host group string can only contain alphanumeric characters, hyphen, underscore, and dot. It must not start with dt. and the maximum length is 100 characters.
