Which REST API will extract service local request naming rules?

Hi guys,

Customer declare in a service bunch of local requests naming rules, and after software changed a new service was born with out the local request naming rules, now we are locking to find the right rest api that will pull them from the old service and will upload them to the new service.

From the UI when we open devtools we can see a rest call that fetch the information we are looking for 

But this rest is look like a UI one. 

How can we get methodNamingConditions form old service with rest API?

UPDATE: after chat with DT-ONE they confirmed that there is none REST API for this for the time being  and propose to open idea for this one.
