Which oracle extension will give us the most metric visibility

Hello:

We are spinning up our first Oracle Cloud DB for a POC.

Ideally, we would like to have as much of the metrics OCI provides made available through a connection with Dynatrace.

I am not an Oracle expert by any definition, so I am looking for suggetions.

1) This is an Autonomous Database.

2) We would like to see metrics such as the ones listed in OCI brought into Dynatrace through an extension.

3) Which extension(s) will provide us with the most information for this POC DB?

Hi @runatyr , if you are more focused on autonomous DB monitoring, you can start with "Oracle Autonomous Database on OCI" extension and in addition install OneAgent on application servers to get visibility into SQL queries that your app servers execute against the Autonomous DB.

If you are more broadly interested in looking at OCI metrics , you can use the OCI extension.
