Cassandra backup problem

Good morning Team.

We have the following message Make backup script has failed Cassandra - failed to create new snapshots on host.

Could you tell me in which path I can review the logs to check why it is failing?

The log is usually in /opt/dynatrace-managed/cassandra/log/cassandra.log

Also find the below created directories after successful cluster setup for future consideration:

1. Dynatrace installation Binaries: /opt/dynatrace-managed
2. Dynatrace default installation directory: /var/opt/dynatrace-managed
3. Session replay store: /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/server/replayData
4. Metrics repository directory: /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/cassandra
5. Elasticsearch store directory: /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/elasticsearch
6. Dynatrace raw transaction store directory: /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/server/

Kindly note:

• These are the default installation directories, unless otherwise specified by Infrastructure team during the cluster setup.
