Cluster Dynatrace Managed doesn't respond

My dynatrace managed  responding, checking, the logs I found that the user app_care logs in, elevates privileges to roort and then ngingx goes down, the only message that the cluster sends is the following:

Correlation engine's average periodic duration (18919) is greater than the threshold limit (5000).

Any idea what happened?
