Discovery mode for Dynatrace onpremise deployment without oneagent deployment

We deployed Dynatrace onpremise in air gap environment  and to cover less critical system we need only liteweight discovery mode for some servers which is only available in Dynatrace SaaS offering.As Dynatrace SaaS is not fedramp high we cannot use SaaS offering of Dynatrace and we urgently need DIscovery mode available for onpremise deployment of Dynatrace. 

Requesting to open RFE with Dynatrace product engineering team to provide Discovery mode for Dynatrace onpremise deployment.

@hersh4 discovery mode is available on Dynatrace Managed with DPS licensing.

DPS is not available to these customers, particularly involving the FedRAMP High environments. DPS isn't an option for licensing for a majority of national security, defense, or other federal customer environments.
