Does Getter return the IP of ActiveGate as well?

I am wondering if it would returned me the IP of Environment ActiveGates of Managed Node is ActiveGate is in-used (Or would it return the IP of both Managed Node Server as well as Env ActiveGate)?

Yes, they return all possible communication endpoints for the tenant, including ActiveGates.
