The updates are to improve and extend the benefit of monitoring, but also increase the% Obsolence on the client side and their servers, services, processes etc. The update documents of each release the client does not read and it depends a lot on the administrators to realize that within the 1000 Servers that are being monitored one has 32 bits which no longer has support for Oneagent in windows. Within all client technologies, what would be the best practice to determine that certain apache, tomcat etc services are becoming obsolete for OneAgent monitoring. ?
