Hi All,
I'm running Dynatrace Managed, every time when new upgrade for cluster nodes are available we used to get email notification (for the configured email ID's under Home -> Settings -> Emails -> Email notifications).
This time when there is a new upgrade came, I haven't received any notifications as like before. Did anyone faced similar issue and something has changed in this regard?
My Current version: 1.148.96
New version which is due: 1.150.124 (for this I haven't received notification)

You should receive a notification 24hours before your upgrade. Nothing has change in that area.

My pre-prod environment upgrade is scheduled for tomorrow and I haven't received any notification for this. Have checked the Events view and couldn't find any severe/warning/info message out to say the notification has been triggered. Checked the Audit log as well.
Is there anyway we can trace it out? My prod upgrade is due next week and I don't want to miss the notification.

Upgrade completed today at 02:00 AM UKT which is our maintenance window everyday. In this case, I should have received a notification yesterday before 02:00 AM but I haven't got one.

Should have been sent. Please check your SPAM folder. Otherwise, create a support ticket.

I have checked my SPAM folder and it's not there as well. I'll log a support ticket. Thank you for reply.
