The download update getting failed with the below error.
File download 16982987:cve failed 5 times with message: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out; File download 16982859:cve failed 3 times with message: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out; Dynatrace will try again within hour. Please ensure connectivity to dynatrace mission control.
Please help on this why it's getting failed ?

Good Morning AP!
Are you a SaaS or Managed user? If you are Managed and this download is failing, can you navigate to the server cluster and try to ping "https://mcsvc.dynatrace.com:443"? If that succeeds then there are other issues abound. If that fails, your security team will need to allow that access. Specifically, these IP's are what Dynatrace uses for server outbound connection for things like license checks and update downloads : 52.5.224.56, 52.200.165.10, 52.221.165.63, and 13.228.109.33 via HTTPS port 443.
