Hi, I am in the process of installing Dynatrace Managed, but I have not installed the cluster yet, so I don’t have an environment set up. I would like to know how I can open a support ticket at this stage, as the system usually requires a Tenant ID, and since the cluster is not installed, I don’t have that information. Is there any way to contact Dynatrace Support before completing the installation? Thanks for your help!

Hello @Peter_Youssef , Hello, thank you for the information. To open the ticket, I need an environment, but I don’t have one yet since I haven’t installed the Dynatrace Managed cluster due to an issue, and I need the ticket. How should I proceed in this case?
