Log Ingestion Rule won't save changes - turn-off

I have a log ingestion rule that I want to turn- off, but it won't save my changes? It goes red, but won't save. 

I couldn't find any documentation on why this is?

Be sure to check the rules thoroughly, errors must be indicated in red.
