Hi,
I think you need to perform a tenant migration between two managed clusters, right?
In this case you can easily migrate OneAgents in VM/servers using:

• oneagentctl - https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/easily-migrate-your-oneagent-from-one-tenant-or-server-to-anothe... 
• remote configuration management API in deployment status (linux or windows)

for OneAgent in k8s environment, you need to update the dynakube:
