Hello,
We are already a Dynatrace VAR partner and would like to evolve towards a Managed Services model. Our objective is to purchase Dynatrace licenses as a partner and bundle them with our own managed observability services for new customers.
So far, we haven’t been able to identify clear information regarding the commercial conditions for this model. In particular, we would appreciate guidance on topics such as:
Minimum annual license commitment (for example: 0.5M USD, 1M USD, etc.)
Eligibility criteria to purchase licenses under a partner/MSP modelBest regards,
