Unable to add a new node to Dynatrace Managed cluster

While performing Dynatrace Managed node install on a machine (supposed to be added to a cluster already installed with 1 node) , I am getting below logs

PUT request has been sent.

Response data received.

REST PUT ... successful, with response 200: {"text":"joining finalized successfully"}

REST PUT to cluster node ... successful

Reporting result of installation to Dynatrace cluster .. success

Installation failed, with status: system verified, connected to Mission Control, connected to Dynatrace cluster after 31 seconds.

Exit code: 3

Errors:

Cannot add this node to Dynatrace cluster: pre-check thrown exception com.compuware.apm.server.onprem.rest.api.util.NodeNotVisibleInServerDataMap: Node 2 not visible in server data map. Maybe it's down/upgrading or so.

Can you provide install.log ? Eventually open a support case.

Connection to the Mission Control is working. I have opened a support ticket now.
