We're facing the update problem on one of my managed Dynatrace ActiveGate. We have done the manual update, but synthetic monitoring is offline. What might be the reason for offline?

There can be many reasons for this. Have you verified the log entries?

Hi @Kundesaibaba
if the synthetic activegate has deployed in Linux Vm, First you need to update the Chromium version and then you can update the Activegate softwere.
