Looking to Migrate OneAgents Connected to a SaaS Environment?
This awesome OneAgent migration easy button is currently not enabled by default for SaaS environments, however, I have good news! We can request for it to be temporarily enabled!
Just reach out to a Dynatrace product expert via live chat within your Dynatrace environment or to your main Dynatrace contact.
Ask for the OneAgent Communication Settings feature to be enabled and provide a start and end date so they can put a request in to be approved.
Also, just a heads up, here is the Managed Documentation for this bulk configuration feature. Only users with the Allow deployment:oneagents.communication-settings:write; policy will be able to access this feature:
