Have you run into issues where you need to call a certain value but Dynatrace in their drop downs dont offer that you want? Did you know that many times you can add this in?
A perfect example of this is X Percentile. Out of the box Dynatrace offers 10th, 75th and 95th percentile. But say you want 99, or 80 or any number for that matter. You can set it, and its easier then you think. Best of all, ITS FREE!!!
You'll want to navigate to the data explorer, set your metric and the value segment, pick one of the percentiles offered. While you are here you might as well just finish setting your metric query the way you want it. Once your done, click the button in the upper right hand that says "Advanced Mode"
Once in advanced mode take a look for the two locations where your defined percentile is and supply your value:
