Documentation for Extensions 2.0 is missing from the Managed docs

Hi Documentation team,

the extensions 2.0 disappeared from the documentation, all the links point to https://docs.dynatrace.com/managed/upgrade/unavailable-in-managed. Of course while I'm trying to look something up in front of the customer.

Unless Extensions 2.0 have really been nuked from Managed, please restore the docs.

I just got confirmation from the team that this is fixed, and the Extensions documentation in Managed will be live soon (later today or tomorrow at the latest).
