Error When Deploying Configuration For SSL Certificate Monitor Extension

Hi Dynatrace Community,

I hope you're all well.

I'm in the process of deploying the SSL Certificate Monitoring Extension in my DEV Environment for a pilot and I keep getting the Error below when I try to activate the configuration:

• MONITORING_SOURCE_OUTDATED

The configuration is being deployed locally at Host Group level, and I am wondering if the version of the OA running on these hosts might be the problem.

I have installed the latest version of the extension in the environment that contains the following notes:

v1.10.26

This version raises the cluster version to 1.318+.

• Improved compatibility with the Infrastructure and Operations app

The OA Version on the Hosts is 1.309.75.20250507-164721, so I suspect there might be an issue with there.

I couldn't find anything along those lines when reviewing release notes, so I was hoping to get some assistance with how to tackle this.

Starts from v1.10.17 it looks for EEC version1.313+ for support as minimal requirement. Yes, you are right this is OA version outdated.
