Error detected for DataPower extension

Hello,

I installed and configured the Dynatrace DataPower extension using an active gate set up on a Linux server.

It's all fine except for the log error in the screenshot, could you help me how to avoid this error?

You can change the performance profile of the ActiveGate to give more resources to extensions. Usually that helps with such errors. https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/ingest-from/extensions/concepts#performance-profile
