Failed to make extension Remote Unix Host configured and to work

When trying to Config and Activate "Remote UNIX Host" (ssh access + login checket and ok from Active Gate) I get the error:

SFM Event Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate.
Reason: The monitoring configuration requires ActiveGate version 1.269.0 or later that supports data source python (runtime version min: 3.9.0) and belongs to group "default"

AG is running version 1.3x - all extension are active on AG and both are members of the DEFAULT group ....

Check your ActiveGate in the Deployment Status. When you collapse the ActiveGate, is the Extensions version available? Also, is under Modules Extensions 2.0 enabled?

Then restart the EEC. If that doesn't resolve the issue, generate a support archive and review the logs.

Restart off EEC og AG servers didn't help - so will continue to generate Support Archive - thanks for info

Get also simulary message when I try to apply other Extensions:
Oracle Database, SNMP Discovery
But Connection Pools: WebLogic and AD Services are Ok.

The SFM message:

SFM Event Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate.
Reason: The monitoring configuration requires ActiveGate version 1.269.0 or later that supports data source python (runtime version min: 3.9.0) and belongs to group "default"

Does not necessarily indicated an issue with the Extension module or the version of the ActiveGate. It is a catch-all message you will see for a variety of problems related to the extensions that use the Python datasource.

You should find some insight in the support archive. You should find some helpful information in the extensions log folder:
